Production FloorSonoma Valley Custom Wine opened its doors to the burgeoning North Coast wine industry in the heart of Sonoma’s Carneros appellation. Our mission is to establish long-standing relationships with our clients, and help them maintain quality and efficiencies. Our operation aims at accommodating specific needs to make a difference in our clients’ winemaking program. From crush to bottle, we offer solutions for all segments of production.

Conveniently located between the Napa and Sonoma Counties, our company offers a complete array of winemaking services. The temperature-controlled operation is located within 50,000 square feet with capacity to crush 1,200 tons and storage for 4,000 barrels. Blending, bottling and tank storage services are available with 160,000 gallons of tank storage capacity. All wine treatment services are available on site through the SVCW Vendor Services Network.
